One physical product gets one DropScout canonical record. Official identity, release timing, MSRP, retailer listings, availability, price changes and lifecycle events attach to that record instead of creating duplicate store-specific products.
PRODUCT IMAGERY
Rights-aware image handling
DropScout only displays product imagery when the image source carries a documented usage basis, such as an authorized affiliate/product feed or user-owned media. Image references from sites that prohibit reproduction remain reference-only and never appear in the public catalog. Products without an authorized image keep the DropScout fallback artwork.
